I found couple of very interesting articles in Seth's Blog and one of them is the comparison of some large companies with a bus company referring on the slowly moving people from place to place and showing a lot of fatigue. American Airlines is one of the examples he is using as a Bus company explaining that it has a tired staff,luck of eye contact between employers and the employees, by the book mentality and no much structural flexibility. It was interesting to get aware of how a company should constantly recreate the structure of its organization in order to not be considered dated.
