I am a big fan of IDEO and in this new book, the CEO Tim Brown states that "innovation has become nothing less than a survival strategy". And continoues that Innovation is not longer limited to new physical products but includes new sorts of processes, services, interactions, entertainment forms, and ways of communicating and collaborating. What interests me the most on this article is that it focuses on the design thinking describing the MFA the new MBA and noticing how important is for designers to develop from object producers to people that are able to shape services, experiences, and organizations.
